The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) received an application to suspend flights over the territory of Belarus after the incident with an emergency landing in Minsk of a Ryanair aircraft, Reuters reported, citing a statement from the Elysee Palace.
According to him, France and its European partners are working on measures to stop flights over Belarus and prohibit the access of the Belarusian national airline Belavia to the airports of the EU countries.
