Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision to appoint Artashes Khalatyan as Head of the Secretariat of the Public Council of the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia.
Also, Khalatyan will undergo a 12-month probationary period in this capacity.
