The South Caucasus Railway Company is drafting a new collective agreement for 2010-2012. The SCR press service informed NEWS.am that a commission headed by Chief of the Social Development Department, Russian Railways Company, Oleg Dudkin arrived in Yerevan to provide consultations to the Armenian company.
The new agreement is supposed to enhance the company’s efficiency.
The collective agreement currently in effect does not meet the present-day requirements set for joint stock companies.
The South Caucasus Railway Company is a subsidiary fully owned by the Russian Railways Company. Under a 30-year concession agreement the South Caucasus Railway Company is managing the Armenian Railway Company. The agreement can be extended for 10 years.
