From October 13 to 15, Yerevan State Medical University will host the first French-Armenian Scientific-Medical Conference. This is what Rector of Yerevan State Medical University Armen Muradyan wrote on his Facebook page.

Committed to the historical solidarity linking Armenia to France, the doctors of three French public hospitals have joined their Armenian colleagues to help those who were affected by the recent conflict in Artsakh.

The French-Armenian Scientific-Medical Conference is organized by the University Hospitals of Paris (Assistance publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP -HP) under the high patronage of the French Embassy in Armenia, with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia and Yerevan State Medical University.

Among the attendees of the opening ceremony will be high-ranking officials of the sector-specific government agencies of Armenia, France’s Ambassador to Armenia, as well as the General Director of the University Hospitals of France and the Secretary General of the Civic Hospital System of Lyon.
