Newspaper: On what grounds Armenia prosecutors are being rewarded?

YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily of Armenia writes: The Ministry of Justice proposes—in addition to the salary—to give a bonus pay of up to 120 percent of the salary to the colleagues of the prosecutor's office.

Perhaps only the authorities know on what grounds the salaries of high-ranking officials—the Prosecutor [General] and his deputies—of the prosecutor's office are increasing by astronomical numbers.

The impression is that [PM Nikol] Pashinyan's authorities views only the law enforcement as a support; encourages law enforcement officers, motivates [them] to work.
