On Sunday, at 12:40am, the Vayots Dzor provincial crisis management center of Armenia received a call informing that an accident had taken place on the Malishka-Vayk motorway, and a person was injured, reported the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It turned out that a car had gone off the road on the 131st km of the Yerevan-Meghri motorway and crashed into a roadside barrier.

The driver (born in 1989) was taken out of the car by local forces and taken to Yeghegnadzor city hospital. But this person died on the way to the hospital—and without regaining consciousness.
