YEREVAN.- Armenia became a full member of Organization for International Carriage by Rail starting from July 1.
The country joined convention concerning international carriage by rail back in April 2011, press service of South Caucasus Railways informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The organization was founded on May 9, 1985 to develop rail communication.
