YEREVAN. - Newly appointed Ambassador of Thailand to Armenia Chalermpol Thancitt (residence in Moscow) presented his credentials to the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Friday.

President Sargsyan congratulated the Ambassador Thancitt and wished him good luck, president’s press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. Serzh Sargsyan stressed that Armenia is interested in developing and strengthening relations with Thailand, particularly in economy, trade and culture.

The Ambassador told that his next visit will be in September on the occasion of Armenia’s 20 years of independence. He will visit with Thai delegation consisting of representatives on culture sphere. Both states will discuss more certain issues on Armenian-Thai cooperation.
