YEREVAN. – The dialogue between the ruling coalition and the oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) is being held in a working atmosphere, Vice-Chairman of the “Rule of Law” party Mher Shahgeldyan told a press conference on Thursday.

According to him, both sides express readiness to continue the dialogue and the fact is hailed positive.

“The dialogue will include a discussion initially. No party is trying to exert pressure on the other, both sides display a constructive approach, which creates a favorable atmosphere for further talks. The agenda has already been formed.” Shahgeldyan said, adding a serious approach rules out any imperatives and ultimatums.

The OYK member declined to comment on possible outcomes of the dialogue.
