YEREVAN. –The decision by the Armenian National Congress not to attend the meeting with the working group of the ruling coalition is a political demarche, head of the coalition’s delegation David Harutyunyan said on Friday. He considered it strange that only one ANC member came to the meeting to inform the ANC will not participate in today’s talks.
“This is a political demarche. I am sorry for this. I think it is not ethical as we did not behave so,” Harutyunyan emphasized.
As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, the delegation of the Armenian National Congress and the working group of the ruling coalition did not meet on Friday. The sides were to hold the 7thmeeting at Governmental Reception Hall. The representatives of the ruling coalition were waiting for the ANC representatives. However only Samvel Abrahamyan came to the meeting, saying the ANC considered it inexpedient to come to the meeting.
