The delegate of Poland to PACE, Aleksander Pociej, in his speech during the fall debates called on the world not to lose sight of "the threats currently looming over the Caucasus.
The delegate said a strong message should be sent and made clear that while the whole world is watching the situation in Ukraine, we should not take this opportunity to attack other countries.
"And we also need to send a very clear message to Turkey, which is making threats and doing so at a very delicate time, when in fact we need to be very careful because we are talking about threats to our neighbors," he said.
