Passenger traffic in Armenia's two airports (Zvartnots and Shirak) in 2022 was 3 million 698,256 people.

In 2021, the same figure was 2 million 381 thousand 680 people.

This means that passenger traffic last year increased by 1,316,576 people, or 55% over the year before. The sharp change, of course, is due to the relocation of citizens from Russia against the backdrop of the conflict in Ukraine.

Notably, the 2022 figure is more than 500,000 higher than the dock year of 2019, when passenger traffic was 3,169,144.
