YEREVAN.- An agreement on relaxation of visa regime with the EU is planned to be signed in the first half of the next year, Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian said on Wednesday during a joint press conference with his Norwegian counterpart.

“We are planning to sign an agreement with the EU and the states of Schengen area. I hope the agreement will be signed in the first half of 2012,” he said adding that relaxation of visa requirements is provided for non-diplomatic passports as well.
