Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received Italian Ambassador Alfonso Di Rizzo, who is concluding his diplomatic mission in Armenia.

Welcoming the guest, the deputy PM highlighted the steady development of Armenia-Italy relations—in political, economic, and cultural contexts. Also, Grigoryan emphasized the education sector, which has recorded considerable dynamics of cooperation in recent years, which is an important guarantee of passing the warm relations between the two countries to the future generations.

During the meeting, the prospects of deepening relations between Armenia and Italy in trade and economy were discussed, too. The importance of full implementation of the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement was also touched upon.
