Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not participate in the joint meeting of the committees of the foreign ministers, defense ministers, and security council secretaries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Armenian foreign ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan told Armenpress.
The aforementioned meeting will be held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, on Thursday.
