President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated foreign leaders on the occasion of the New Year holidays, his press service reports.

In particular, Lukashenko congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and several other heads of state.

The Belarusian president congratulated the Catholicos of All Armenians, Karekin II, also.

But Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is not on this list.
