In the real estate market of Armenia, the year 2024 was also distinguished by its activeness, the number of deals; that number was 247,926, of which the number of deals in capital Yerevan was 68,946 and in the provinces—178,980. This was stated by Suren Tovmasyan, Head of the Cadastre Committee of Armenia, during a press conference Tuesday.

"Both in Yerevan and in the provinces we have percentage increases; a little more than 12 percent in Yerevan, and in the provinces it was close to 13 percent, a little less," Tovmasyan said, in particular, and added that there is a drop in real estate donation deals in Armenia because the tool for signing free donation contracts was removed from the Cadastre Committee, and now they are at the notaries.

The Cadastre Committee chief said that there was an increase as well in real estate prices in Armenia, but added that he will be able to present the respective figures at the end of the month.
