U.S. President Joe Biden's administration is considering an agreement on the Gaza Strip as early as this week, White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan told Bloomberg, adding that there is no guarantee that the parties will agree to such a deal.

Sullivan added in an interview with Bloomberg that the Biden administration is in contact with new U.S. President Donald Trump's team on the issue.
