Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan on Tuesday met with Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, the Minister of State of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), in Abu Dhabi.

The interlocutors discussed the implementation of joint programs in the domains of mutual interest, including renewable energy, high technology, communications, and urban development, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia.

Also, the parties discussed the possibilities of further upgrading the level of bilateral relations. In this context, they emphasized the importance of high-level reciprocal visits between Armenia and the UAE, as well as the participation of representatives of the two states in various international events held in both countries.

The sides exchanged views also on the developments in the Middle East and the South Caucasus.
