Hungary opposes Ukraine's membership in the EU. This was stated by Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó. He explained this by the fact that in this country, according to his assessment, problems of discrimination against the Hungarian minority persist.
According to him, Budapest is constantly deceived, including at the EU level. In addition, the Hungarian minister believes that Ukraine's accession to the EU will destroy European security and European economic competitiveness.
