The Kurdish coalition in Syria, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), will not be dissolved, SDF commander-in-chief Mazloum Abdi has said, reports Al Arabiya.
“We have accepted the terms of the agreement to stop the bloodshed,” Abdi said.
According to him, the SDF “has not been destroyed or defeated” and “will continue to defend its territory,” according to TASS.
Abdi said that he is leaving for Syrian capital Damascus on Monday to “approve the agreement once and for all,” the details of which will be publicized upon his return.
