Governments have reacted cautiously to US President Donald Trump’s invitation to join his “Board of Peace” initiative aimed at resolving conflicts around the world.
Diplomats believe that this plan could harm the work of the United Nations, Reuters reports.
Diplomats say that only Hungary, whose leader is a close Trump ally, has unconditionally accepted the invitation, which was sent to about 60 countries and began arriving in European capitals on Saturday.
