The Russian Armenian businessman and philanthropist who owns the Tashir Group of companies, Samvel Karapetyan, who is under house arrest in Armenia, has visited the hospital, his attorney Armen Feroyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“He is receiving continued treatment due to Covid and pneumonia, which is why he was went to a medical facility. He goes [to hospital], receives treatment, returns [home]—depending on medical instructions. Yes, he is receiving a continued course of treatment. Now he is in the recovery phase,” Feroyan added.
