STEPANAKERT. - 79,314 citizens, or over 76 percent of the total number of voters, have cast their ballots in the constitutional referendum conducted in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Monday, the website of the NKR Referendum Central Commission (RCC) reports.

104 international observers from over 30 countries, 103 local observers and over 80 media representatives were invited and took part in the constitutional referendum.
The respective constitutional amendments envision a transition from a semi-presidential to a presidential system of government in Artsakh.
