According to the information at NEWS.am’s disposal, on January 12, Armenian Military Prosecutor General Armen Khachaturyan voluntarily handed in resignation. Adviser to Armenian President Gevorg Kostanyan was appointed to the post.
He served as Armenian Deputy Justice Minister till July 2, 2008. Kostanyan is also Armenia’s Representative to the European Court of Human Rights.
