A soldier was wounded Monday at a military unit of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
Andranik Hovhannisyan, 19, a resident of Ararat Province, sustained a gunshot wound in the head and was taken to a military hospital, shamshyan.com reported.
The hospital physicians managed to save the soldier’s life, but he is in the intensive care unit.
An investigation has begun regarding this incident.
