Observation of the early parliamentary elections in Armenia is on the agenda of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe winter session that will open next Monday.
The matter will be presented by rapporteur Aleksander Pociej from Poland.
Among other highlights is a speech by the President of Finland, Communication from the Committee of Ministers by Finnish Foreign Minister and traditional address by the Organisation’s Secretary General.
