Azerbaijan has included Member of the Russian State Duma Vitaly Milonov in its “black list” for not “agreeing” with Baku on a visit to Nagorno-Karabakh, as the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan reported to RIA Novosti.
“Vitaly Milonov’s name is included in the list of foreign citizens who are prohibited from entering Azerbaijan due to his illegal visit to Nagorno-Karabakh by which he violated the relevant legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” the press service reported.
