Another 1,300 refugees returned to Nagorno-Karabakh in a day, bringing the total number to over 4,400, the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Major General Igor Konashenkov, told a briefing.
According to him, the Russian peacekeepers provide maximum assistance to local authorities in restoring peaceful life, RIA Novosti reported.
