Kocharyan [second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan] and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D) political party resolved the crisis that first President of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan created in 1998. This is what candidate of the “Armenia” bloc for Member of Parliament, representative of the Supreme Body of the ARF-D Ishkhan Saghatelyan said during today’s campaign meeting in one of the districts of Yerevan.

Saghatelyan added that he is certain that the forces coming to power will resolve the current crisis.
