Iran’s Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi has said that some agents linked to the terrorist attacks in Kerman city that left at least 89 people dead and scores more injured on Wednesday have been arrested, IRNA reported.

Vahidi said on Friday that the details of these arrests will be provided by the Iranian intelligence services.

The Wednesday's twin blasts at an event held in commemoration of the fourth anniversary of the assassination of late commander, Lieutenant General Soleimani resulted in the loss of at least 89 lives and left scores more injured, with some in critical condition.

Daesh (ISIS) terrorist group on Thursday claimed responsibility for the attack.
