President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev announced that positive agreements have been reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan regarding the delimitation and demarcation of their borders.

"Currently there are very good and favorable opportunities to advance the peace agenda. Within the framework of the bilateral process, positive agreements were reached regarding border delimitation and demarcation. Azerbaijan has resolved this conflict. Thus, the conflict in international relations has been resolved. However, despite this, it is regrettable that new conflict zones are emerging in the world," Aliyev said during a meeting with visiting Latvian parliament speaker Daiga Mierina.
