The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia presented the latest information on the incidents caused by the flooding of Debed, Aghstev, and Tashir Rivers in Lori and Tavush Provinces due to torrential rain.

Rescue operations resumed at 7:30am on Monday.

A total of 429 people were rescued and evacuated in Lori and Tavush; in particular, 387 people in Lori, and 42 people in Tavush.

And four dead bodies—Avag Avagyan (born in 1948), Saribek Balyan (born in 1985), Gnel Zakaryan (born in 1964), and Gagik Nazlukhanyan (born in 1964)—were found at the disaster zone.
