Armenia-US cooperation is not one-level; the emphasis cannot be placed on one direction. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told this to reporters at the National Assembly of Armenia Wednesday—and referring to the statements of raising Armenian-American relations to the level of strategic partnership.

To the question whether this has a specific content or is more in the realm of moral support, and whether this is also about military assistance, Pashinyan responded as follows: "It expresses the political will of both governments to deepen relations; that is the most important thing. Now that political will must be expressed by decisions, actions, and functions."
