Donald Trump will be sworn in Monday as the 47th president of the United States, Bild reports.

The inauguration ceremony in Washington D.C. had to be moved to the Rotunda of the Capitol because of the cold weather outside—as about -15 degrees Celsius is expected.

About 250,000 Trump supporters will be able to watch the ceremony only on a video panel.

According to tradition, the inauguration day will begin with a mass at St. John's Episcopal Church.

Afterward, the Trumps will head to the White House for tea with outgoing President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.

At exactly noon local time, Trump will raise his right hand in Congress to take the oath. And after 35 words, he will become the US president again.

Trump will then address the nation and sign his first memos and executive orders.

He is expected to issue up to 100 executive orders on his first day in office.

After the congressional luncheon, Joe and Jill Biden will depart the White House by helicopter, and the inaugural parade from the Capitol to the White House will begin at 8:30pm.

And returning to the Oval Office, Trump will sign new executive orders.
