YEREVAN. – A bizarre incident transpired Thursday at Armenia’s Government building, Zhoghovurd daily writes, referring to its well-informed sources. 

“A 35-year-old man suddenly attacked the Government building and broke the glass with his fists. The police arrived at the ‘scene of the incident’ and isolated him.    

According to our information, the man is Albert Nikoghosyan, who has psychological problems. We also learned that Albert’s relatives came to the police precinct and informed that their son is a psychiatric patient.  

The Police Public Relations and Media Department corroborated Zhoghovurd’s information, and added that a forensic examination is commissioned. An investigation is underway,” Zhoghovurd writes.
