YEREVAN. – There are 252 currency exchange offices in Armenia as of March 2012, and this number has increased by 21, as compared with January, the Central Bank informs. 

Also in March, the turnover of these exchange offices was close to US$ 70 million and €7 million; this means the monthly turnover of each exchange office is close to $280,000 and €28,000.   

And the turnover of Armenia’s currency exchange offices grew by nearly 30 percent in March, as compared with February.
