Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan on Tuesday received Abraham Hamadeh, a member of the Armed Services Committee of the US House of Representatives.
The interlocutors emphasized the historical significance of the Washington peace summit of August 8, 2025 in establishing peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as in realizing the development potential of the region. Also, the efforts aimed at further institutionalizing peace were discussed, and the importance of resolving humanitarian issues was emphasized.

The unprecedented dynamics of the development of the Armenia-US comprehensive strategic partnership were noted with mutual satisfaction, which is manifested in tangible results of cooperation in various domains. In this context, among a number of other mutually beneficial initiatives, the establishment of the Firebird AI data center—AI factory—in Armenia was highlighted.
The prospects for expanding cooperation were discussed, too.
In addition, Ararat Mirzoyan and Abraham Hamadeh exchanged views on regional realities.
