Today, Dec. 23, the presentation of “Two Close People Two Far Neighbors” book was held in the RA Institute of Oriental Studies of National Academy of Sciences.
RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, Director of RA NAS Institute of Oriental Studies Ruben Safrastyan, Caucasus Institute Director Alexander Iskandaryan, President of Yerevan Press Club Boris Navasardyan and Heritage faction leader Stepan Safaryan also attended the event.
It was mentioned, that Hrant Dink is well known in Armenia, yet as publicist he is of little familiarity to our readers. The attendees emphasized that the publication of the book in Armenia is a momentous event. Dink was one of those “who doing a modest job made a global change for the two nations.”
The book outlines author’s stances and thoughts over Armenia-Turkey relations’ normalization. Last year, it was published in Turkey.
