Armenia’s first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan will participate in the pre-election meeting of oppositional parliamentary candidate Nikol Pashinyan, Armenian National Congress (ANC) central office coordinator Levon Zurabyan said at the December 28 press conference.
According to him, the meeting will take place near Vardan Mamikonyan monument followed by the demonstration in the Yerevan center.
The oppositionists consider that presently Nikol Pashinyan has all chances to win despite unequal conditions. The head of Pashinyan’s election campaign team Davit Matevosyan stated that not a single Armenian TV channel will agree to broadcast election campaign vdeo. By-elections will take place January 10.
