YEREVAN. – The Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash court convened on Monday for the hearings regarding the lawsuit against the Karabakh committee member, former MP Samson Ghazaryan. According to the accusation, Ghazaryan has landed money to Mekhak Gabrielyan on the amount of $120,000 with the intention of gaining benefits, without registering it, Pastinfo reports. Ghazaryan has received percentage bonuses total of $190,725 during the debt period. The defendant does not admit the accusation. However, witnesses have confirmed in their testimonies that they were aware that the defendant has landed money to Gabrielyan on percentages, while the debt has returned back with the percentages.
