YEREVAN. – The Azerbaijani government rudely violated norms of international law, undertook the entire moral responsibility committed by the Azerbaijani murderer Ramil Safarov, testified for the world community that it is ready to encourage and glorify nationalism and murder by putting in danger talks targeted at the establishment of peace in the region, opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliament group head Levon Zurabyan said during the snap parliamentary session convened on Wednesday. It is also clear that Hungarian authorities could have easily imagined Azerbaijan’s actions following the extradition of the murderer, but they preferred to satisfy the Azerbaijan’s application. Armenia's corresponding bodies, including the MFA, National Security Service, National Security Council and Defense Ministry should have been aware of the whole process and tried to take preventive steps.  “The situation is full of numerous threats to our national security including the possible war escalation,” Zurabyan stated. “We call on all political powers not to take any emotional and politically unbalanced steps. Armenia should take sharp and strict steps and at the same time avoid any step, which may endanger Armenia’s or Nagorno-Karabakh’s security and international credit.”
