YEREVAN. – The Government of Armenia on Thursday approved the draft law on 2013 State Budget. Next, the bill will be sent to the National Assembly (NA).
And, in all likelihood, the NA committee discussions on this matter will get underway on October 8.
As per Finance Minister Vache Gabrielyan, next year’s economic growth is expected to be 6 percent, whereas an approximately 7-percent growth is forecast in the current year.
The Government plans to reduce the deficit and increase the revenues in the 2013 State Budget. And, by and large, the budget revenues are expected to grow on the account of tax revenues.
