YEREVAN. – The Minister of Education and Science of Armenia Armen Ashotyan signed an order on Saturday, which is directed to the heads of secondary educational institutions at the Ministry about ruling out selling of supplementary educational materials in schools.

At the same time, the Minister also wrote official letters to the Yerevan City mayor and Armenia’s governors to assign such order also for those schools, which belong to the city hall and regional municipalities, ministerial press release reads.

To note, 1,396 schools operate in Armenia, however, only 132 belong to the Ministry.
