YEREVAN. – The working group formed in Armenia’s Parliament to support the establishment of the institute for the protection of the children’s life in Armenia met the UNICEF deputy representative Cristina Roccella and Portuguese Ministry of Education representative Maria Filomena Pereira on Tuesday.

By the request of the Armenia’s Labor and Social Affairs Ministry, the UNICEF introduced research done regarding the services available for children with disabilities in Armenia, Parliament press service informs.

Armenia is on the threshold of obtaining the universal inclusive education, and the corresponding bills have already been submitted for the first hearings in the Parliament, head of the Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Artak Davtyan said.
