YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on Wednesday received Eric Rubin, the US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs.

Nalbandian noted that the partnership between Armenia and the United States includes cooperation in various domains, MFA press service informs.

In his turn, Rubin stressed that the US highly evaluates its partnership with Armenia and that it will continue to enhance the interaction. He added that the domains of cooperation are expanding. 

The interlocutors reflected on developing interaction, and the 21st meeting of the US-Armenia Joint Economic Taskforce (USATF), which will be convened Thursday in Armenia’s capital, Yerevan.

Also, Edward Nalbandian and Eric Rubin discussed the latest developments in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process. In this connection, the senior American diplomat stressed that the US highly appreciates the Armenian party’s constructive stance in this matter.  

In addition, they exchanged views on several other regional and international issues.
