Astrid Clinford will hold the position of Chief Executive Director of HSBC Bank Armenia starting February 1, 2010. He will replace incumbent Director Tim Slater. The appointment of a new director should be confirmed by Central Bank of Armenia (CBA), HSBC Bank informed NEWS.am.
