Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met, on Saturday in Paris, with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs—Ambassadors Robert Bradtke of the United States of America, Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, and Jacques Faure of France—, and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

Subsequently, the meeting continued with the participation by Azerbaijan’s FM, Elmar Mammadyarov. 

The Co-Chairs stressed the importance of reducing tension between the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. As a working proposal, they presented their views toward moving the peace process forward. 

In their turn, the FMs reaffirmed their determination to continue the joint activities with the Co-Chairs, and to achieve a peaceful settlement to the conflict.

The FMs and the Co-Chairs agreed to continue the talks around these views during the Co-Chars’ visit to the region in November.
