BAKU. – The Azerbaijani propaganda machine which is a master of falsifications and lie decided to diversify methods and introduce elements of silence of facts. The way Azerbaijan deals with those servicemen returned from captivity is known long ago. They are sentenced to long term of imprisonment. As a matter of fact, the court trials for those young and unhappy people are run in closed regime.

At the same time, Azerbaijan which has for many times claimed about the inadmissibility of such attitude towards former captives, has decided to change the strategy.

Also Azerbaijan returned 38 captives to the Armenian side, while Armenian and Artsakh [Nagorno-Karabakh] returned 33 captives since 2001.
