Turkey has three aims in improving its relations with Armenia: establishment of good neighborly relations, eradicating prejudice toward each other and establishing peace and stability in the Caucasus, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu stated as he appeared live on the NTV channel.
According to him, official Ankara is determined to normalize relations with Yerevan.
“We want the process to develop in the spirit of the protocols,” Davutoglu said. He also urged Armenia to act in the spirit of the protocols.
The normalization process has an aim and Turkey will not allow it to be emasculated.
The Turkish FM underlined the importance of further normalization process. The Turkish side saw the prospects of the process and is not deviating from it, RIA Novosti reports, quoting Ahmet Davutoglu.
